PIDKHID

— an analytical civil society organisation that employs research, behavioural science, and social processes analysis to develop innovative solutions that improve the effectiveness of policies, programmes, and services and contribute to Ukraine’s sustainable development.

Small steps — big impact

We are a team of experts with over a decade of experience in behavioural change. Our vision and goal are a cohesive and inclusive Ukrainian society that is resilient to challenges and open to change — one where decisions are evidence-based and policies and services work for people.
We transform social challenges into opportunities for change. Drawing on data, behavioural insights, and an understanding of social processes, we help small, well-designed steps lead to big shifts — in policies, programmes, and everyday practices.
